-Was already better and stronger than her bumbling father Hercule
-Learned the ways of Ki from her future husband Gohan
-Survived severe beatings from the likes of Spopovich and Broly

-More powerful than a regular Ki Blast as the user puts more energy into the technique by charging it

Consecutive Energy Blast

-A combination of many energy waves, much more powerful than the average ki blasts, and fired at a very rapid rate
-This technique is usually used as a last resort or a desperation move, typically motivated by frustration or rage

Full Power Energy Blast Volley

-The user fires flurries of large, bright Ki Blasts that is more powerful than the average energy volley
-It is useful for quick, effective, as well as causing massive accumulations of damage to the foes

Rolling Bullet

-An evasive technique where the user spins around scattering ki blasts while ascending

Head Scissors Rush

-A rush attack used during Videl's fight against Gohan as Great Saiyaman when he tried to return Chobi to its parents
-Videl kicks the opponent, grabs the opponent's head with her legs, and throws them back. Next, she delivers an elbow hit to their back. Finally, Videl delivers a sweep kick, inflicting a high amount of damage.

Desperado Rush

-A rush attack used by Videl against Broly in the movie Dragon Ball Z: Broly - Second Coming
-Videl rushes at the opponent and performs two kicks. Then she flips in the air and kicks the opponent hard in the face, inflicting a high amount of damage

First Strike

-The kick Videl used to break Spopovich's neck during the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament
-Delivers a roundhouse kick to the opponent's face inflicting a high amount of damage

Hawk Arrow

-Videl crouches down and summons a blue aura around her, then, she charges at the opponent and delivers a destructive punch to send them away, with the blue aura around her resembling a hawk's wings

Eagle Kick

-Videl hits her opponent three times causing moderate damage. She then performs a knee strike, then a left-legged front kick, and finally a right-legged roundhouse kick that sends the opponent away, with an enormous amount of damage inflicted.

Dynamite Kick

-Her father's signature rush technique which she apparently learned from her father

Rolling Hercule Punch

-Her father's Megaton class punching technique which she apparently learned from her from her father

Miracle Knee!

-Her father's signature evasive technique which she apparently learned from her father
-Can be used to back out of having to fight opponents stronger than her by crouching down clutching her stomach pretending to suffer from stomach pains

Meteor Crash

-Videl charges at the opponent and side kicks them up into the air. Then, she flies up and roundhouse punches the opponent away before flying and reappearing behind them to elbow them in the stomach as they turn around. Finally, Videl attacks the opponent with a punching and kicking barrage and kicks them up into the air before kneeing them in their back and Double Axe Handle punching them down to the ground, inflicting a high amount of damage.

Meteor Strike

-Videl kicks the opponent away. Then, she appears behind the opponent, kicking them back onto the ground with both feet.

Kick-Slap

-First, Videl points her finger forward. Then she jumps up and roundhouse kicks the opponent. Then, she both side and roundhouse kicks the opponent before front kicking them away, inflicting a great deal of damage.

Videl Rush

-Videl charges at the opponent and hook kicks them in the face. Then, she turns around and elbows the opponent before backing away and moving back in to deliver a powerful barrage of punches in their stomach. Finally, Videl elbows and uppercuts the opponent before she knees the opponent in the chin, inflicting a great deal of damage.

Justice Phoenix

-Videl knocks her opponent in the air, flies up to them, but then gets knocked down. She hits the ground in a comedy-like fashion, throws her helmet in the air, and her helmet hits her opponent, causing them lose their balance (possibly on purpose). Videl takes advantage of her opponent being off guard by flying up, kicking her opponent hard in the jaw, uppercutting them hard in the stomach, and finally elbowing them to the ground, causing a high amount of damage to her opponent.

High Power Rush

-The performer charges at high speed to the opponent, and upon approaching, they make a heavy punch or kick, to stun the opponent, and afterwards, the user launches a barrage of punches and kicks in a rapid succession. In the end, they elbow or kick the opponent to the ground, inflicting high damage.

Super Unyielding Spirit

-Allows the user to instantly regain all of their ki and puts them at MAX Power

Super Guard

-A technique used to generate an energy shield around the user to protect them from attacks

-Slash Drop: A dash followed by a throw, used in Super Dragon Ball Z
-Trick Move: Videl quickly maneuvers around her opponent and attacks
-Trick Shoot: Videl dives downward to land on her opponent
-Triple Crush: A powerful kick combo used in Super Dragon Ball Z
-Videl Attack: Videl's signature attack in the Raging Blast Series
-Volteks Aura: Videl creates a clear energy sphere that hits her opponent at close range
-Falcon Rush: A High Speed Rush used when she thought that the Great Saiyaman had kidnapped Chobi
-Diamond Throw: An attack used by Videl against Broly, where she throws a gem she had collected earlier to distract him
-Leopard Shoot: Videl kicks the opponent up in the air, then she punches and kicks them down, and finally Videl double punches her opponent in the back when he/she is down
-Bear Blowthrough: Videl grabs her opponent, knee strikes and kicks them, and finally backflip kicks them up in the air
-Justice Rush: The user attack with a series of punching and kicking attacks. If the final strike connects with the opponent, the user will finish the attack with a powerful kick capable of knocking back the opponent.
-Justice Combination: The user starts off by attacking with a powerful kick. If the kick connects with an opponent the user will then unleash a series of punching and kicking attacks.
-Super Jump: The user preforms a forward or backward somersault to avoid attacks or to put some distance between them and the opponent

-Helped Naruto destroy the Tenseigan Weapon
-Somewhat kept up with Neji and her father
-Had the guts to fight Pain
--She got curbstomped but still, impressive
-Beat the crap out of Guren
-Took back her sister's eyes from Toneri
-Sent several Ten Tails spawn flying with her strength
-Kept up with her comrades during the war
-Made Naruto X Hinata dreams come true (Sorry Naruto X Sakura fans)

-Small scrolls set with an explosive seal

Skills and Abilities:

Taijutsu:
-A basic form of techniques and refers to any techniques involving the martial arts or the optimisation of natural human abilities
-Is executed by directly accessing the user's physical and mental energies, relying on the stamina and strength gained through training
-Basically just hand-to-hand combat

Byakugan (White Eye):
-Allows it's wielder to see long distances (up to 10 kilometers)
-Can see objects that are way to small for the human eye to see
-Has an ALMOST perfect 360 degree field of vision
-Can see chakra

Juuken (Gentle Fist):
-By taking advantage of the Byakugan, the user can see a person's chakra pathway system
-Juuken inflicts internal damage through attacking the body's Chakra Pathway System by injecting chakra into certain pressure points (tenketsu), subsequently injuring internal organs which are closely intertwined with the pathways
-Once these tenketsu points are struck, they are in turn sealed and can no longer produce chakra for a certain amount of time, severely limiting the victim's chakra flow

Hakke Kuushou (Eight Trigrams Empty Palm):
-After using their Byakugan to locate a target's vitals, the user will attack with a forceful palm thrust which releases a small wave of chakra
-The attack is powerful enough to blow a person off of their feet and has a range of several meters

Juho Soshiken (Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists):
-Forms two large lion-shaped chakra shrouds around her hands, then uses them to strike an opponent. Doing so greatly increases range and destructive power
-The lion heads drain the chakra network of those they touch

Eight Trigrams Twin Lions Crumbling Attack:
-An improved version of Gentle Step Twin Lion Fist used by Hinata after she obtained the chakra of Hamura Ōtsutsuki
-This technique is increased in both strength and potential from its predecessor and, unlike the parent technique, the chakra of this technique is purple-coloured

Hakke Rokujuyon Sho (Eight-Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms):
-Hinata strikes the target a total of sixty-four times, starting with two strikes all the way up to a total of sixty-four
-When struck, the target is unable to form chakra and is mostly paralyzed since the strikes target tenkatsu, and she can combine it with Juho Soshiken to increase the lethality

Weaknesses:
-Limited chakra pool
--Using special moves like Byakugan can drain her of her chakra
-Byakugan has a blind spot located near the back of her neck
-Her most impressive feats come from non-canon sources
-Her stats are pretty lame compared to other Naruto characters
-All in all, she's kind of useless

Hinata's ability to shut down chakra would be useless against Videl since she relies on ki. Also all Videl would have to do is fly into the sky and use ki blasts as GodDragonKing mentioned.

It's really too bad that Videl became a passive housewife when she had absolutely incredible potential for a human, especially for just a 15 year old girl who was taking down muscular criminals armed with automatic weapons.
